The Hiawa Quartet is a string quartet based in Waterloo. Founded in the summer of 2015, the Hiawa Quartet comprises Jack Wallace and Oscar Judelson-Kelly on violin, Kate Schneider on viola, and Hannah Judelson-Kelly on cello. All musicians are current members of both the K-W Community String School and the K-W Symphony Youth Orchestra Program, and have been playing together in various ensembles for over 8 years. At the 2016 K-W Kiwanis Music Festival, the Hiawa Quartet won the Open Chamber Music category, advancing to Provincials. Over the past two years, the Hiawa Quartet is grateful to have played across the Kitchener-Waterloo Region at weddings and university functions. The Hiawa Quartet is pleased to be performing for the Kitchener Horticultural Society and to be able to share their love of music with members of the community.Hiawa_Quartet.png
