2023 gardenKitchener members: meetings of the gardenKitchener Board of Directors take place on the third Tuesday of every month. These meetings are used to share updates, discuss upcoming events, and align on key issues.

Board meetings take place either in-person at Rockway Gardens (weather permitting), or remotely via Zoom. If you would like to attend any of the upcoming meetings as an observer, please register to ensure you receive up-to-date information about the meeting location.

Note: While 2023 gardenKitchener members are invited to attend these meetings, only Board Members my actively participate in discussions. If you wish to raise a topic of discussion at an upcoming board meeting, please submit your request ahead of time, using the contact form on our website. Only pre-approved topics that have been added to the meeting agenda will be discussed in each meeting.
