GardenKitchener Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GardenKitchener. By purchasing products, registering for workshops, or making donations, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Returns and Refunds

  • Plants, bulbs, memberships, donations, and other products are non-refundable.

  • Workshop registrations can be refunded only if the request is received at least 7 days before the workshop start date.


2. Purchase Limits

  • Members must abide by all purchase limits for plant and bulb sales.

  • GardenKitchener reserves the right to enforce these limits to ensure fair access for all members.


3. Plant and Bulb Quality

  • GardenKitchener and Rockway Gardens make every effort to provide high-quality bulbs and plants.

  • Our bulbs are sourced from trusted wholesalers and are inspected before sale.

  • However, we cannot guarantee that a bulb will grow, nor can we guarantee its lifespan or flowering success.

  • Once a bulb or plant leaves GardenKitchener, we cannot control its care, and therefore cannot be responsible for how it grows or thrives in your home or garden.


4. Liability

  • By purchasing bulbs or plants, you accept that GardenKitchener and Rockway Gardens are not liable for loss, damage, or failure of growth.

  • All purchases are made with the understanding that these are living products and outcomes may vary.


5. General

  • GardenKitchener reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Continued participation in GardenKitchener activities or purchases constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
