Whistling Gardens Tour

Members are invited to join GardenKitchener for a guided tour of Whistling Gardens in Wilsonville – an award-winning, 22-acre botanical garden. Home to North America’s largest peony collection, our visit will take place during peak peony bloom! The tour will be led by garden founder and designer, Darren Heimbecker, who will share insights into the garden’s design, history, and plant collections.

• free time after to explore the gardens or shop the Garden Centre

Getting there:

Transportation is not provided, however some members have expressed an interest in carpooling. GardenKitchener is happy to help coordinate rides. If you’re interested in being a carpool driver or passenger, please note it on the registration form below.

Tour registration is now closed, and we have reached the minimum guest count of 25.

For those who have registered, the cost of the tour is $40 per member, and includes a catered lunch.

• You must be a 2026 GardenKitchener member to register.
• Payment must be made in advance via e-transfer to treasurerkhs200@gmail.com.
• Payment is required within 3 days of submitting your registration form.
• Because the final guest count and payment must be provided to the venue in advance, we are unable to provide refunds for any cancellations, including weather.

Lunch details:

A catered lunch is included, featuring salad, a sandwich or wrap, a sweet and a beverage. Please note your preferences when you register.
